We couldn't be happier with the work that Jim has done for us. He was a true professional from start to finish and the quality of the craftsmanship is incredible. We had a large number of both sash and Yorkshire sliding widows repaired and restored in our Georgian home and Jim went above and beyond to ensure the work was of the highest standard. The quality of the finish, including both interior and exterior painting was top class and has made the windows look brand new. He also repaired our front door which has had some very questionable repairs over the years but the restoration he has done was amazing. We have had endless positive comments from neighbours and passers by. I wouldn't hesitant to recommend Jim.

The sash window to the front of our house began leaking during one of 2024's named-storms.

Jim had a look and diagnosed the problem - basically age plus a previously attempted but poor repair.

We were able to schedule our repair to fit in with some planned redecoration work. The repair itself was outstanding - a new hardwood sill and associated fixes plus the window now opens (it hasn't during all the years we've lived here!).

Basically we would have no hesitation recommending Jim. Great work, a good price and above all a friendly service.
