The quote process was painless. The installation a breeze as it was correctly planned with all the screens correctly marked and presented. The installer knew his job well, as it was evident, that he had executed many such installations. The job was quick and a thorough clean up was done by the installer after completing the task at hand. The office staff was knowledgeble and cordinated the changes as requested and always followed up with a phone call confirming the changes. Extreemly professional outfit.

I had two magnetic screens installed by Paul for a balcony door and window about three weeks ago and have been working great so far --- magnets not slipping or misaligning and does not stick together to firmly making it a hard to pill apart to access the window/door.
I use the window screen daily so I get a bit of fresh air during the day and close it at night before bed. I use the balcony door screen less as I am not much of a balcony person, but had it installed anyway in case I needed to get some more air flowing through the house such as on extremely hot days and when I have friends coming over. It is definitely a good feeling to have knowing that you could open your windows/doors without needing to worry about insects hassling you.
Throughout the installation, Paul was approachable and very professional and will explain to you about the maintenance and storage procedure afterwards. If you show interest in the process, he will openly answer your questions about what step he is at, what he is doing and why the screens/frames needed to be assembled in such a way. I've had experiences in the past where tradies treat me like a potential competitor as though I am trying to steal their next job when I am just curious about their job.

We could not be happier with the exceptional customer service we received from Paul and Belinda. Good communication throughout the process right from the initial enquiry to post installation. Belinda was always on hand to answer any queries and Paul arrived promptly to quote then installed all our screens with a minimum of fuss. Six other fly screen companies visited us on site and none of them came up with an acceptable solution for installing fly screens on our push-out awning windows. Magic Seal screens are high quality and perfect for our aluminium window frames. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a quality product and reliable, friendly customer service.
