Having been let down by several ICR Specialists over the last 12 months I came across Alliance iPOS as a fairly disillusioned Hospitality Operator.
What a difference I found! Instantly Joe offered to dial in & within minutes fixed an issue that was stopping us in our tracks. After that Scott came to site & fixed every single issue that others had been unable to resolve. Alliance iPOS have restored my faith in ICR Touch. We still need to work on making our set up future proof but I am confident that's what Alliance iPOS will be able to help us do. Thank you

We have used Alliance ipos for numerous years now, from a current venue, to opening a new outlet, with another in the works. The back office software is really easy to use, i also like how i can edit the tills away from the venue. Having the abilities to download csv files makes accountancy a lot more simple. The team are fast and efficient fixings error, which is paramount when busy.

We met a Mr Reed from Alliance about six months ago,he gave a demonstration on the benefits of EPOS cash registers then answered quite a lot of questions from our committee.
When he left the meeting we had further discussions but no decision were made, over the months other questions were asked by telephone which Mr Reed was happy to answer.Very recently we decided to go ahead and purchase these tills, within seven days the tills were installed and detailed training completed.
We have been delighted with the very professional service delivered by Alliance and particular Joe (Mr Reed )
