Blackwood helped us establish a digital home office after we installed fibre to the property. We wanted to maximise the return on the expensive investment in fibre to a remote working location. We got clear advice and a swift solution to a challenging location. With new build properties filled with energy efficient insulation and cladding, a traditional approach to wifi failed and more innovation was required. Blackwood worked hard and quickly to develop a successful solution and overcome these challenges. For over 3 years the solution has worked seamlessly. A recent technical failure was remotely identified and resolved in a working day which was extremely efficient and satisfying. Great service.
