I initially chose them because they were able to come by with free of charge to identify the problem and give a quote. This made me feel sense of secure knowing that they have fully inspected the issue and understood what the problem was. The whole process was really streamlined and prices were all documented clearly through email. It was really convenient to message them with any questions along the way. They helped me replace my breaker, installed my microwave back in place, and helped me recycle the broken microwave leaving all my worries behind.

March, 2023. I contacted James at Lucent and emailed him about my double garage lighting. I told him what I wanted and he advised me on a couple of options. I opted for a track light with traditional 4 bulbs. On the appointment day, James and Michael came in on time, quickly removed the 3 old light settings and installed the new track light in the middle of the garage. I was stunned by how well the new light was installed, how neatly the old lights were removed. My garage was cleaned off as if it were their own. I told them how I really appreciate their professionalism and skills, in particular their respectful manner and care for my place. I really like to ask them to come back for other electrical fixings or installations. I am happy to recommend James and Michael if you have some electrical design and needs.

James and Michael provided superb service by handling all of our needs at our rental property. They fixed a few issues, including replacing a bathroom fan and adding a motion sensing light to the master bedroom closet, as well as added baseboard heating to the ground floor suite.
