I met with Robert at their storage location in Kensington and tested a few of their options. It was beneficial to be able try the different trolleys on actual stairs before purchasing to get a feel for them. The model I purchased has been ideal for our needs. The Kris ll stair climber enabled me to visit my family. I was transported up and down about 30 steps while I was safely strapped in the seat. My family found the controls easy to use. I would have given Kris ll a 5star rating if it looked better.

We use it domestically for bringing firewood up stairs from our wood bunker so we're using it alot now that the weather is cooler and its made the job so much easier. I'm working on desiging a special caddy to make it better at accomodating fire wood. We might upgrade it to the braked version at some stage.
