Greg installed a wall in front of our property and part way down each side. The project included a gap for the driveway and provision for two pedestrian gates.
Greg is very hands on and takes the time to ensure everything is completed to a high standard. His crew work together and know exactly what needs to be done.
Not planning anymore walls, but if I do, I only need to make one call

Our initial contact with Greg, from Superior Concrete Walls, happened more than two years ago when we asked for a quote to construct a a 76 metre fence.

The appointment day and time was arranged, and Greg arrived within five minutes of the arranged time: As I am a strong believer of punctuality, this was an impressive first impression.

The quote arrived within 24 hours.

As it turned out, we had a number of domestic issues arise, as well as quite a lot of preparation to do: Remove trees and an existing fence etc.

The delay lasted for more than a year, and when I again contacted Greg saying that we were now ready to go ahead with the project, we were pleasantly surprised when he said he would honour the original quote.

The deposit was paid, the starting time was arranged, and as before, things progressed as promised.

Greg and his small team worked diligently, conscientiously and in harmony with each-other.
To be honest, it was a pleasure to be onsite, without hindering their work, and interacting with them.
Overall, we are very happy with the final appearance and quality of the concrete fence.

The actual construction only took two days.

I suffered a major shock some two or three weeks after construction when we received an e-mail from Greg's wife, Sharon. At first I thought it was a 'scam', but on close examination I deemed it to be legitimate.

As difficult as it was to believe, here was Sharon, on behalf of Superior Concrete Walls, offering us a $200 (two hundred dollar) REFUND because they felt that they had overcharged us due some error in their calculations.

I was not aware of any error, so the offer of a refund was all their doing!!

With this degree of honesty and integrity on display, how could I not recommend their company to anyone thinking about building this type of fence/wall.

I firmly believe that were you to engage their company, Greg and Sharon would treat you with the utmost honestly.
