Scott, Russel and Sam are a hard working team of friendly & informative tradesmen with a focus on quality service. A-Grade-Air were fast to measure and quote, were very prompt to send our quote and did not waste any time getting their team out to start the job, there was no big lead-time - under 7 days turnaround, in the middle of summer. Their attention to detail uncovered a problem with one of our machines and they were able to rectify it on the spot, saving us the cost and hassle of installing a new machine. No other company we’d tried was able to identify the problem let alone fix it. Now, our aircon has never functioned at such a finely-tuned level and it’s all thanks to the service provided by this team. We highly recommend this business and will not hesitate to use them again. Our house has never been cooler, and our machines have never run so quietly. Really happy with the results of their work.

Elliot was able to give us a fair and reasonable quote and was able to fit, the installation of the air conditioners in, on a Friday which was very helpful for us, because we had other groups meeting at the church on other days of the week.
AGRADE AIR's workers did a great job of installing the air conditioning at out church.
I was able to talk to them about the best way of installing the air conditioning and they did what they said they were going to do. All the workers worked very well together and did a great job.
They got it done in great timing and even checked the weather forecast just in case.
The work they did installing the air conditioning was a real professional job and I have no problem in recommending them to someone else.
The two units install on the ceiling look really great and the air conditioning is working very well and is greatly appreciated by all the people that come to the Church.
