These guys came in, filtered through 50 people, had me in front of 25, and we ended up hiring 10 and that was huge. It was one week long, super easy to do and something that we couldn't accomplish in four months.

I wanted to sing the praises of AutoStaff. We have had some hiring problems in the middle Georgia area, not getting the qualified candidates that we needed. After several attempts on our own, we ended up reaching out to these guys. The first thing I was most impressed with was the quality of the candidates they brought to table. They made it difficult to make the selections from just the sheer pool of candidates they brought us. They were able to help us fill roles in our BDC department, sales department and service advisors roles. They did a great job all the way around. I’d highly recommend them.

Finding the right people to hire can be difficult at times. We bought Gator Ford two years ago and needed to fill a few different positions throughout the dealership. Autostaff is an automotive recruiting and training company that has delivered twice for us in filling key roles within the store. Recently we reached out to them again to help us find the best of the best in the area. Boy did they deliver. Jamie Davis was the lead recruiter and trainer. He was able to find and present us with over two dozen qualified candidates to choose from. By far the best recruiting class I’ve ever seen.
