Thank you for the report. This gives us plenty to go to the Board of Trustees to replace the playgrounds so that they meet current standards and are more relevant for our students. It was interesting to see that a number of the faults were original design faults and that regulations have since recognised there are problems with the design.

When it comes to keeping our children safe, it is a no-brainer to have annual audits being done by a professional services provider that is a specialist in this field. Although we do our annual checks, we are no specialists and can miss critical deviations and faults that can cause a serious event. Adam provides a professional and thorough inspection, he is doing intensive manual testing, measuring, checking for rot and corrosion, and all other compliance that is missed by our inspections, unbeknown to us. We have indoor and outdoor playlands nationwide, used by 1000's of children, we want to keep our children safe and want to make sure the parents visiting our premises must feel reassured that we are maintaining our playland equipment to a high standard by displaying the PlaySafe certificate. Adam's report is of a high standard, easy to read and a great tool to ensure closing out those findings from the previous year. I would highly recommend making use of PlaySafe on an annual basis.

You were extremely professional and spent a great length of time doing the assessment and explained most of the findings straight afterwards. The report was comprehensive and easy to follow and understand. You highlighted verbally some very urgent areas that needed to be attended to . You contacted the right company to follow this up and it was attended to after hours. The risk assessment is well set out and easy to follow and the photographs of all the faults are clear to understand. Your follow up has been outstanding.
