I would highly recommend Lowflo! We had a particularly awkward leak in our hot water system - it was located in a very inaccessible corner behind our cold water storage tank. Patrick found the leak and, with his colleague James, drained and removed the tank, exposed and fixed the leak, and replaced everything with no evidence of it every being disturbed. Patrick and James were very professional, courteous and efficient. They explained everything they were doing and made sure we understood and were happy with every action they took. We were very confident in the work done. Our dealings with Kenneth in scheduling the work were also very professional and pleasant. Five star service all the way through!

The person who came to complete the work was evry compitent and had all the neccessary equipment to complete his task.
He arrived on time, was very easy to deal with and had a very plesent manner.
He found the leak and repaired it with as little possible to the flooring in the room where the leak was.
He explained the process of how he was doing the work and gave advice on general water related issues.
There was no delay and he worked from the time he came till he left.
Overall a very satisfactory job.
