The whole process was quick and easy. The first time I spoke with them I had a good understanding of the product, timeline and a surprisingly accurate quote. There where many choices of color and patterns. We found colors that matched our boat perfectly. We received the flooring about a week before the estimated date, installed it and it look GREAT. Makes the boat look new again. We highly recommend Great Lakes Castaway.

I used Great Lakes Castaway (Brett & Jenn) to put down new SeaDek in my SeaRay Sundancer throughout my cockpit area - 3 years prior to this I had SeaDek installed on my swim platform by a different company and when Brett did the install, the new SeaDek did not color match to the swim platform as they thought it would so they replaced my SeaDek on the swim platform at no cost to me!! if that is not exceptional customer service I do not know what is. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Bret completed the laser scan and detailed estimate upon his first visit, and the work was completed a few weeks later. SeaDek material fit perfectly and the spacing between the sections is perfect as well. Super happy that we decided to purchase this product from Great Lakes Castaway.

From estimate to installation the turnaround time was less than two weeks. Jen kept me informed and updated via phone call or thru email during the whole process. Brett performed an A-1 installation on the date and time promised. The process couldn’t have been easier. I highly recommend Castaway Customs, a job well done from beginning to end.

We are so glad we chose Great Lakes Castaway. I was referred by a co-worker who strongly suggested this company. I am 100% satisfied with the results of the installation. There was a major issue with my boat resulting in a main floor piece not fitting properly due to the manufacture not cutting the drain hole properly. Great Lakes Castaway recut a piece and installed the new piece the moment it was available. We highly recommend this company to anyone interested in this type of flooring. Superior quality, with direct communication throughout the entire process.

Castaway Customs just finished an installation of SeaDek for me and it looks awesome! When I first spoke with Jenn, I think she sensed I wasn't 100% sure of what I wanted. We had several calls, she sent emails with pictures of installations, and told me of options I wasn't aware of. We decided on a material that mimics wood grain and planks. I didn't know about either of those options, and would not have, if Jenn didn't take the time with me to make sure I knew of all the color combinations and options like a plank-look. Brett did a great job with the installation and it looks perfect. I highly recommend Castaway and I could not be happier with their help and patience with me. 5 stars for sure!

Happy with the service we received. Installation timing was lacking but that was do to material shipping delays. The material is quality and good looking. Was installed professionally. Will review again next year after some usage and regular wear and tear.
