Both Dorothy and Bob patiently worked with us through the process of understanding what we wanted, answering questions, and the many iterations of choosing fabrics and placing the order. Templates from the actual chairs were made if we didn't have cushions available. We were kept apprised of the status of the project as we waited for material availability. Pickup and delivery was easy. The manufacturing facility kept us in the loop as the project proceeded. Overall, the experience was very professional, and the finished product is excellent.

We could not be happier with our Vintage Knoll 1966 Richard Schultz dining chairs and dining table that CFR Patio restored to perfection. We also had CFR Patio custom build 2 Out-Fit Club chairs as well as 2 Out-Fit sofas, the fabric choices were terrific and the quality is 1st quality. The other thing that made us decide to have CRF Patio make the furniture is because it is built in California - we like to "buy local" Bob our salesperson was constantly in touch throughout the process. I would recommend visiting the showroom to see the quality of the new and vintage refurbished furniture.

I chose to go to their showroom to choose my sling materials even though they did offer to bring the choices to my home. Erik’s communication was very good, arranging pickup and delivery on the timeline expected. Overall, I would use them again, and would definitely recommend.

We are thrilled with our refurbished patio furniture. Initially, we did about 24 pieces divided into two groups so as to have some available when the others were being renovated. We were so pleased with how those looked and the quality of the workmanship, that we had another 5 pieces done later. Originally, we were going to buy new to replace those 5 items but instead had them redone. The pickup and deliveries were done in a very prompt, coordinated manner and everyone we communicated with was extremely efficient and nice to deal with. We have already referred a couple of friends to CFR Patio.
