It would be good that the service provider has a good view of the facilities of the venue before hand. On the day the facilitator arrived and informed me the space booked was not adequate. We made it work, but insight from the service provider beforehand would be beneficial. Maybe the service provider should do site visits before hand. Facilitator was also on his phone during the engagement and left the kids to carry on, on their own. He also forgot to give them safety goggles for most part of the nerf war event. Kids had fun in the end.

We had specified it was a Ninja Turtle themed party and the entertainment wasn’t Ninja Turtle themed as advertised, which was disappointing for the kids. It was fun activities but not what we expected and this was the sole reason we chose AAP. Also the admin side was not great, had to do many follow ups - on the booking, the quote, on confirmation - left a lot to be desired.

As always Andys Action did not disappoint ! We used it as a house of horrors for Halloween with dress up characters, smoke machines and lights and some scary decor. It was a HUGE hit and all was setup up and ready on time so what a great event. Thank you guys
