Very competitive prices and designs seem to have lead to an over commitment of contracts and backlogged quoted deliverables. All staff communicated with are professional. But, on an operational basis seem to be subservient to marketing demands rather than independent from such and being able to concentrate primarily on meeting key project milestones. Obstensibly, they are working to the top of the pile regardless of workload as opposed to accepting jobs that can be delivered as quoted based upon realtime scheduling that is done in regards to company asset availability. Having been a project manager for international construction company's your reputation is only as good as your last job and Sheds4u has great product but seems to be growing faster than it's ability to supply.

After consideration we chose (Sheds 4 U) to supply our shed . This decision was based on having verbal talks with other companies as to our requirements most did not have the interpersonal skills that Sheds 4 u staff came across with. The two staff members who were to the front of the journey were very good to talk with on any matter pertaining to our shed, thanking you both, Zac and Brian. Shed is almost complete. Would we deal with Sheds4u again ; yes we would in a heartbeat.

The experience was good in all respects but one. Finding a builder was difficult. Of the two you gave me, one came for a look, promised to get back to me and never did, and the other promised to turn up but didn't. I eventually found a builder via my local Facebook page. My view is that you need to provide your customers with more assurance that your recommended builders are reliable.

The process has been slow going through council but Sheds 4 U have been in regular contact with me throughout the process. We are still waiting but should be kicking off soon. I have been in touch with John Thompson Sheds 4 U preferred builder up here in Northland and am confident we have made the right choice. We had 1 query from council RFI regarding the Shed which was addressed, we have no other issues.
