A first class service. The existing provider could not continue servicing the alarm system,so I went on line for a local provider. SPS fitted the bill & was very prompt in coming to look at the existing system,which was having some faults.
A full check was carried out,the fault was rectified.We then recieved a full quote for replacement of obsolete items & a date agreed for the work to be carried out.
The complete job was done on time ,no mess and full information given.
Highly reccomended.

They weren't the cheapest of the quotes, but we had confidence that the requirements we had would be best met by the option SPS could provide. Kevin was very helpful in sorting a minor issue remotely which occured whilst we were away from home.

Having used Suffolk Prestige Security for the servicing of our alarm system for a few years, we decided to have it upgraded. Kevin gave us various options, in writing, including the prices. We chose our preferred option and were given a date, convenient to ourselves, when the work could be done. On arrival Kevin agreed final details with us before he began work. He spent a full day working on the various stages, including going into the loft to keep the wiring out of view. He did a very thorough job and cleared up after himself at the end. We are very pleased with the work he has done and are happy to recommend SPS to anyone who asks.

It is also apparent that you took a great deal of care when fitting the system to minimise any distribution and obtain the best possible final appearance. You arrived to ensure that cabling remained hidden and did not blight the end finish. It seemed to me that you completed the work using the same level of care that you would naturally adopt had it been your own property.
