I have used outsourced it for all my computing needs for over 10 years. I appreciate the quality of the hardware they provide me, together with their skill and expertise to provide the personalised service I receive.
They will always be my first port of call when I experience any problem. I like they way that they can generally deal with my problems without the necessity for an actual visit because they invariably able to do this via the internet.

We cannot sing Outsourced praises enough. In the last 2 months we have had a disk drive fail at 9am on a main machine. Within 2 hrs they had been out, replaced it, downloaded the back up and everything was back up and running by 11am. We most recently had a client get their emails hacked and throw some accusations around after they had been the victim of fraud and lost funds! Outsourced IT, just dealt with it and within a few hours had all the evidence that the issue was not at our end and organised the solutions for all. Having a first class honest and reliable IT dept in place is very important in the modern world. Thank you to all at Outsourced IT, I cannot praise them highly enough.
