Everything that was installed has turned out beautiful! Our installer was also very nice and professional. We did have one shutter delivered broken but they ordered a new one right away and it came fairly quickly. Will definitely recommend these products to others! Thank you!

Emma was great while measuring my trailer and giving us options and advice. Liz was great as well when we had an innue with one of our blinds. Ordered another one and installed it ASAP.

So glad we chose Totally Blind! Liz Bennett is a perfectionist. We had issues with the color for a large entry window. She had the district manager for the company come to our home to see it. He had a new blind sent. Liz came to our home a few months later to assist with charging the motor on the shade. (We did not have a tall enough ladder). She brought an extension c0rd and installed it!
The best customer service in the Ogden. She truly cares and we will definitely recommend and use Totally Blind in the future.

We worked with both Liz’s. They couldn’t have been more pleasant. We shopped three local blind companies and one national. Liz B. made sure to be the most competitive! They had plenty of styles and came out to the house with samples on multiple occasions and answered many questions (I tend to be to thorough at times). Installers were very polite, respectful, and willing to please.
I would definitely recommend. You won’t be disappointed!

She did a great job of measuring each window and providing her recommendations as to what would work best for our desired out come.
When it came time for installation, Colton was fantastic. He was professional and took his time to make sure our shutters were installed with care and true to each window. He did a great job!
