What a great company - I have now used Paul at thelotsagroup twice! I am a very happy customer and would return every time I need more printing or stationery orders done. I was really impressed. Paul’s customer service was exceptional from the detailed quotes through to the final product orders. I could not fault any part of the whole process – it was seamless. I very highly recommend this business.

Product is exactly as promised, can't be more happy! There was only one person I had to communicate with (+ the designer) which made the experience so much more personalised and simple.
There was a tiny lag in communication but I much more prefer that then having to email back and forth will multiple people.
From the perspective of a NFP, the prices were also very reasonable.
Thanks so much Paul for looking after us! Will be going back!
