I found TPS to be very professional in the communications with us regarding maintenance. After it was noted that some maintenance took place that was not required, TPS took responsibility and did not charge. I found this to be an exemplary response.

I contacted Paul @ Total Power Solutions after previously having another company unsuccessfully come onsite to upgrade our 13yr old APC UPS.
I provided Paul with some stats from the old device and he provided me with a quote for a new device based on our current load.
It was mid December 2021 when Barry Mullholland (UPS Service Engineer) came onsite to scope what was required to install the UPS we purchased, our existing setup was different than originally thought & required additional work/parts, as it was so close to Xmas, we decided to put it off until January.
Barry & Stephen came onsite in late January , they completed the necessary changes to our old setup and installed the new UPS, all work completed and tested within 4.5hrs.
I didn't have to worry about anything from start to finish. I would recommend
Paul & his Team at Total Power Solutions.
