This is a little premature because my problem has not yet been resolved. I was pleased with the response to my original request for help. However the news that it would take until Jan 6th to obtain the replacement parts and fix the boiler was a bit of a shock although I appreciate sourcing parts over the Christmas period is not easy. The temporary fix worked OK until the night of Jan 4th when the boiler again failed and it was impossible to get the pilot light to re-ignite. Although it was Jan 5th I reported the situation on your answerphone so that you had the latest info for Jan 6th when your engineer is supposed to be returning to sort the boiler out. I hope he does. From a rather chilly septuagenarian living on his own!

Friendly and efficient staff and engineers.
Some minor issues with billing which did not reflect the actual work done recently but overall very satisfied by the service offered over the last 15 years or so.

Very impressed with the engineer who, although he had had a difficult day before he got to me, he stayed with the job and didn't finish until 6.30 or so in the evening to make sure that I had heating that night.

The Rayburn now 13 years old has been serviced each year by Logic and I cannot praise them enough. This year a few parts needed replacement and the cooker is acting like a 2 year old, fast and efficient again, cheers

Struggled to get either a firm date or reply from other firms but Logic turned up when expected, did a great job and explained how a system they didn't install worked. Excellent, wish I'd used them in the first place for the install.

Called in Logic to my toilet. Needed new ball tap which I could have done myself but stop tap would not fully turn water off so decided new stop tap was needed. Logic staff visited and went away with information on what was needed for job, Returned to fit stop tap, ball tap mechanism and I thought I had said to fit new flushing equipment which he had not brought. However plumber could not turn water off at outside tap so could not do job completely but did fit ball tap gear. I contacted United Utilities who came to stop tap and informed me that stop tap was perfectly ok and that your plumber didn't know how it worked. He did actually turn the water of but he had to figure out how to do it. The action is to depress the key for the tap and turn through ninety degrees. At Logic next visit a different plumber came to do the stop tap and flushing mechanism, he could manage to turn the water off but for other reasons he couldn't fit the stop tap. Much further work would be needed and when he explained what was what I decided to take his advice and leave it. So all in all job is done, I am satisfied but as yet I have not had an invoice

I have found them to be very polite and professional both onsite and dealing with my request on phone, and responding to my requests in a timely fashion. Your annual service of our ground source heating and solar panel went very well with no problems, and your engineer pointed out a couple of minor points requiring attention, in particular that two room stats were not working, s another engineer has now replaced them. He could not test them because we had just returned from holiday and the system had been switched off. We will check their performance when it is switched on again.
Otherwise we are very satisfied wit( your service and will continue to use you services.
