From specification design to install, the service we received from TSS was fantastic. Redeveloping a 150 year old listed building into a state of the art theatre wasn't straightforward but TSS more than rose to the challenge.

Kirkgate Arts & Heritage had an opportunity to upgrade our stage lighting rig to LED through a substantial capital grant awarded in 2024. One of the companies we approached at the application stage was Technical Stage Services, and I am very glad we did! From their very first visit to advise on possible solutions to our unique building's particular challenges, through the funding application process and then once the funding was awarded and we were able to request a response to a tender, TSS have been fantastic. Knowledgeable and friendly, patient and flexible at each stage of the process. Sharon has been very helpful, supportive and understanding as we made numerous changes along the way (to adjust to our available budget) and Matt and his team had a number of obstacles (none of which of their causing!) to work around during the installation stage, but were all incredibly understanding and still completed the install in good time.
We love the new lighting rig, which fulfills everything we asked for and more. Matt completed a hand-over with our volunteer technician and we are looking forward to passing that training on to our other tech volunteers over the coming months.
I would not hesitate to recommend TSS, it has been a pleasure dealing with them.

We have used TSS on a number of occasions and always found them friendly, courteous and very professional.
On a few occasions, we have called TSS into action with short notice and they have delivered exactly what we are after within very little lead time.
During a particular event, we had to call TSS out to help support with an equipment matter. TSS were on it and rectified the problem within a couple of hours, showing that they can be relied upon to provide fantastic support should something go a little wrong.
Well done and thank you Technical Stage Services.

Technical Stage Services were outstanding throughout the process of ordering a band new sound system. Without much knowledge of what we needed, Matias and the team asked the appropriate questions to ascertain our needs and what the equipment was going to be used for and then gave us 2 quotes with slightly different specifications on each. There was no pushy salesperson just superior ordering and support to ensure we hadn't missed anything. TSS then allowed us to put forward our tender and they waited patiently as the tender process was completed. Once won, it was a simple matter of going back and pressing the order button. Great team thank you for your assistance.

We have made a couple of purchases on behalf of our local church in the past few months, replacing some outdated kit.
Each one has been made with super technical support from the TSS staff who do not assume that we are technical folk ourselves!
Nothing has been too much trouble as they tried to provide us with what we wanted/needed at the first time of asking.
Once the correct items had been identified, deliveries were made promptly and installations completed swiftly and without fuss.
