We had our full Wedding day event at the Lido. From start to finish the day was amazing. The preparation and setup for the day was perfect. Our Guests can’t stop talking about what a fantastic day they had. Ana and her team really pulled all the stops to make it all come together. Attention to detail and presentation was everything we wanted and more. They made it really stress free so we could enjoy ourselves. The buffet we opted for was fantastic and also the local and imported selection of beverages were a big hit. We had an amazing day and want to thank Ana and all of her team for helping to make it all happen.

WOW - JUST WOW! What a wonderful experience in every possible way. From the start Ana and the team were the ultimate professionals when I had no idea about how to throw a surprise party for my wife they advised, guided and walked me through everything that they could offer. We had 80 people at the event and absolutely everyone had such an awesome time. Even given the covid regulations in play everyone ate lots of seriously great food, drank and danced the night away. I would book this venue every time. the prices were very reasonable, food wonderful, venue perfect and the staff on the night went out of their way to make the night a very special one. I would highly recommend The Lido for private, corporate, weddings or just to party!

They helped us run a Halloween party, all within the regulations of the current situation, just over a week ago and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The Lido @ HDP is an amazing venue and all guests really enjoyed a much deserved night out.

Ana was excellent during the planning and ensured we kept our guests safe and the police were happy when they visited the venue on their normal rounds. They even had an emergency two days before when they lost power to the venue (no fault of their own) and went to the extra effort of craning in a generator to ensure our party still happened! Unbelievable effort, thank you!

We had great canapés served, and they even designed a Halloween shot just for our night.

I promote events regularly and obviously this year has been very challenging to get anything off the ground in a responsible way, so dealing with the Be Served team was a pleasure and I recommend them to anyone looking for a small private gathering (for now) and will certainly be using them and the great Lido space for larger functions when things go back to normal.

We celebrated a 21st birthday at The Lido@hdp, just before the lockdown, and it was brilliant!

The Lido team were extremely helpful and provided a top quality product and service. Many of our guests were unfamiliar with events at the Lido@hdp and expressed enthusiasm about organizing something similar in the near future. I discovered that they also host weddings at the Lido and can easily imagine how wonderful this could be.

I strongly recommend that anyone looking for a unique venue to host a special occasion, contact the Lido team to arrange a visit and discuss with them their bespoke service.
