I cannot fault the installation of my boiler which was replaced a couple of months ago in one day. The pipework is really neat and tidy, its a shame it is hidden in a cupboard! Stairs and carpet fully protected during the installation and cleared and tidied when complete. Happy to talk to anyone thinking of having a new one fitted.
I would highly recommend Stephen to anyone thinking of installing a new boiler.

I have waited until spring to check that all is working well and it’s been perfect!
The fitting was quick, considerate and the fitters were brilliant, respecting our home and being friendly with our children.
The result is improved heating, vastly improved hot water... and best of all we’re greener as a result. Using a nest thermostat we’ve also improved across the winter. Thank you to Stephen and the team for a job extremely well done. From all the Byng Family

The chaps who came to do the work were friendly and seemed very good, they were very tidy and cleaned up after themselves. We're very happy with our new boiler.

Having undertaken a very thorough tender for our complex job (installing a new boiler and unvented cylinder system, with new larger water and gas pipes laid through the house), City Gas has been great on every metric
Their quote was very competitive, service and communication impeccable, execution of the project seamless and most importantly, they do what they say
If only engaging all the other trades and buildings services could could be like this
Many thanks to Steve and the team. I now have my go to boiler/heating specialist!

This firm is the best. I have taken quotes from several firms and was ripped off by taking deposits and then finding excuses for breach of contract as known. But with City Gas i was assisted all the way and reasonably priced and advised what system is required for my needs , I could phone in their was always someone to speak to and sort thing out,
I was given a direct no to the boss while the job was being carried out,
No hidden extras and their fitters (engineers) are very clean and work in a very professional manor,
I had a difficult job to be done
1. Power flush on a large 30 radiator system
2. new boiler fitted and A messy pipe job to re organise and these people are the right guys for the job
