His team arrived when scheduled, each day, and worked quickly to accomplish the steps needed for the day. The total job took three days. The workers were able to keep our home clean, despite the need for sanding. After the long first day of the hardest work, they were efficient and done in very short order in each of the remaining. Not an easy job due to the different grain patterns and absorption of the different woods. Jimmy was very knowledgeable in explaining the best products to use and techniques. After seeing several samples on the different floors we picked a color that we thought would look similar on all floors. The results were amazing we couldn't have asked for anything better. The prep work that made it turn out so well really shows. No swirl marks from bad sanding, no unevenness, and very little touch up to baseboards. I would highly recommend giving Dan's custom hardwood a chance to make your floors look as good as mine!

Dan's team did an excellent job start to finish. They took the time to explain different finishes and options. There showroom is clean and neat. They showed up and completed the job on time. When they were finished, their manager came by to inspect the floors and confirm we were satisfied.

I had new floors installed. Excellent costumer service. Work performed on schedule with as little impact on the household as possible. A cleaning crew was sent in upon completion to resolve whatever remaining dust resided in the house. Highly recommended

We love our new floors and we loved working with Dan’s Hardwood Flooring. Our job included three parts: 1. Pull carpet and refinish (so long as it was refinishable) hardwood underneath; 2. Lay new floor in a large closet area and match it to old refinished floor; 3. Assess soft spot in hallway and replace at least half of the hallway floor. Each step was thoroughly evaluated, effectively communicated and completed with the utmost care. The old floor was refinished like new, the new floor matched the old floor perfectly and the hallway was completely redone within budget, (after learning that the soft spot was problematic). The floor is beautiful and I am confident in the workmanship. Dan’s flooring was professional, accommodating and took great care in their work. They met our schedule while we were in the midst of moving and traveling in and out of town. They coordinated with other contractors at our home and shared structural information about our new but old home and they were always responsive and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for quality flooring, knowledgeable craftsmanship and professional workmanship.
