This is our third prison facility converted to satellite TV services by Lodgevision, and just like the previous two, the conversion went off without a hitch.
The Lodgevision technicians were extremely responsive and adaptable, stepping in to help when additional site preparation was needed and having the necessary miscellaneous accessories on hand to keep the project on schedule. Changes to our channel selection and synchronization with our other prison facility were handled seamlessly.
We have been extremely pleased with Lodgevision’s service, professionalism, and ability to work with our unique facility needs. We are very fortunate to have Lodgevision as our cable service provider and would highly recommend their services.

I was taken aback when our clerk said that someone told her we didn't pay our invoice. Once I checked into it I found out that Star Connection had changed their name. My emails made no mention to Star Connection so I/we had no idea who LodgeVision was. We have it straight now so there should no longer be a problem.

After getting discouraged with the first 2 companies who came out just to tell us that our cable infrastructure wouldn't support HD delivery without the added cost of expensive converter boxes, they worked their magic and now I have excellent HD service throughout our facility for $1,000's less than the others were asking for. We are operating a small 11 unit inn all the way at the tip of Door County Peninsula, when it comes to TV and internet we don't have a lot of options. We found lodgeVision online after several weeks of research. Bo was really easy to work with he got us a quote right away and we were able to schedule the installation when we needed to. Original install went really smooth, tech was very knowledgeable. We had a signal strength issue a few days back (about 2 months after the original installation trees started to fill in with leaves) that was affecting 9 of our 11 units. They were really responsive when we reached out to them, and scheduled service within the same week and relocated the dish to get better signal. Overall pleasure to do business with. I would recommend lodgeVision to anyone who needs service to their establishment.
