Communication was excellent and when there was going to be a delay on one of the products we had ordered they got in touch straight away with our options. The young man doing the installation arrived on time and did an excellent job installing the blinds. My new blinds look fantastic and I am extremely happy with them. Would highly recommend Brendan and his team. We will certainly be using them again when our conservatory blinds need replacing.

The consultation process was quick and easy. Absolutely no fuss. I was given many blind samples to look through and didn't feel pressured to have to know exactly what I wanted. And all the questions that I had were swiftly answered. The installation process was just as good. My curtains and rails were taken down and folded up and the roller blinds were put up quickly. The worker moved around my house with respect and knew exactly where each blind needed to go. Will be approaching KB again to finish the rest of my house at a later time.
