Happy with the levels of effort, the speed and patience put in by the design team to copy my design which they got almost spot on, with all the back and forward!
Having now received the banners the only things I'm not satisfied with are the colours and angles of some shapes. I realise that CMYK is different to HEX, and I'm not a designer, but I would have thought the designers would be able to match it up perfectly. It looked almost correct on my screen, but in print it has come out much pinker than it should be. Also, some of the shapes on the design don't match up perfectly e.g. where two boxes meet, the angle of one is slightly off and so causes both overlap and "underlap", if that's a thing, at different points. This is detail I'd expect designers to pick up on.
The payment method was easy, delivery was fast, and the quality of the banner material is good. I would use Print Studio Scotland again but I would probably spend more time examining the proofs zoomed in, and I also now have the experience that colours look different printed than on screen.

The price difference between Print Studio and large online retailers is negligible and I feel quite confident in stating that they could not match the prompt and personal service that Print Studio provide to their customers.
