The film's ability to shield the view into the room from outside, even when a light is on inside, is remarkable. Although it obviously (and necessarily) cuts down the light a little, it is certainly preferable to having to keep the curtains drawn for privacy reasons.
Unless you were told, you wouldn't know that anything had been fitted to the windows: the technicians themselves were very pleasant and very competent. Thank you

I think it is money well spent and know the actual product is excellent so have no concerns as to durability. Would recommend Filmcote without any reservations and still believe there are other homes on our Park which would benefit.

Filmcote were responsive and able to provide me with samples/technical data to inform my decision making. Kyle was able to show me installations with the product so I could really get a feel for the level of tint, which was helpful.
Fitting was done at my convenience. The fitter, Richard, was very nice and conscientious. Pricing was competitive.
Have recommended Filmcote to a business associate because of the good service I received.

We had a Conservatory built in March 2019 & had the self cleaning blue solar controlled glass installed which we are very happy with - however we still found that the heat & the glare were not controlled enough & on the hot days we have had recently it was unbearable. Having seen an advert for Filmcote I decided to give them a call............the best decision I have made. The service we received from my first enquiry to the day the window film was installed was outstanding. Everything happened like clockwork. We are over the moon with the results. We now have a room that we can use comfortably even when the sun is shining brightly & the temps are hot. The Solar window film we had installed on the Conservatory glass roof performs brilliantly. I can recommend the company Filmcote & the Solar Window Film product 100%.

We received excellent service from the whole team - everyone at Filmcote were friendly and professional. They were able to carry out the job very quickly and we were very impressed with how clean and tidy the team were. Our new film looks great - it is slightly darker inside than without the film, but this is far out weighed by the privacy it provides and the heat it reduces that comes into our south facing windows. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

As ever we have no other films to compare it with and it's only been a few weeks installed but so far.... It does exactly what we wanted- blocks glare, no more wearing sunglasses in the conservatory. It's replaced the elderly, grubby, awkward, high maintenance, mouldy blinds we inherited perfectly. It's not conspicuous, yes there's a blue tinge and grey skies are a bit greyer but you'd have to be looking hard. We're expecting double maybe better life from this installation than from blinds and far less cost than re-roofing. Installation was speedy, painless and prompt and Filmcote are a good company to deal with.

The whole experience working with Filmcote was excellent, from the original consultation, through the quotation process and installation.
The marketing director visited our home and explained the benefits of using the Titan Duo 15 film complete with a demonstration of the efficiency of the product using an Infra red heat source to represent the Sun.
We received the Quotation within 48 hours and placed the order by return and the film was installed 4 weeks later.
The installation team arrived and immediately installed protection to all our blinds and furniture that could not be moved out because of the weather. The team worked solidly from 10:00 am until they finished at around 16:00. They were very efficient and helpful through out.
We are very happy with the results in that we are now able to use the conservatory even in bright sunlight and would thoroughly recommend this company to friends and family who have overheated conservatory problems.

The installation was smooth and the fitters were on-time, courteous and professional. Following installation of the window film my conservatory has been transformed with a huge reduction in glare and heat.
