The team at Off Grid Solar were excellent and easy to deal with. They assisted me with freight for a difficult dirt-road address by organising drop off and pickup from a local depot. Would highly recommend the team.

I cannot find the right words to praise the workmanship and honesty, from the moment we first spoke to Hannan and Matt. We were quoted in excess of 80k elsewhere (in fact, 3 or 4 elsewheres) and OGSK immediately advised we did NOT have to spend anywhere near that, for the size system we needed; their price came in at 35k. That honesty and integrity is worth giving them the business. Our calls and queries were returned, the pricing was not a rort and the workmanship exceeded expectations. Don't even bother going elsewhere; these guys are the real deal. No call centre rip-off merchants. Beyond a pleasure to deal with and will use them again and sing their praises.

I can fully recommend Off-Grid Solar Kits. From the initial conversations with Matt it was clear he had a wealth of knowledge and was able to steer me through the jargon and design a system to work for us.
The installation was seamless and the quality of the install with all of the components and wires is very tidy, a small thing but one most blokes can appreciate.
Our system has top quality components, and the guys added some components I wasn't even aware of that makes the system so easy to use and monitor.

Bought a 48v 5kW battery, solar, inverter system on a prewired board. Good quality, well designed, easy installation. Very good support when necessary.
Later replaced an old 24v battery system also.

There are many nuances and choices that directly impact your life in making a solar purchase and I just don't have the knowledge to know what I am choosing. So I don't actually want choices, I want the right thing based on their decades of experience. The team took the time to make sure it was right and were very clear in their explanations, asking more questions than the rest combined. We're off grid and had our 17yo solar system replaced with one big enough to power our house plus a cabin we'd just built - and amazed at how many appliances etc we can now use. Also had a small system put on a little cabin which is working great despite it being in a shady valley. Only difficulty was delays in getting the work completed - they seem very busy and there were supply problems with the batteries, and the flooding here didn't help - but Hanan did ensure that from the very beginning our power situation was always better than before they started. They even revamped our old system to provide power to a woman who had nothing. Thanks Hanan for a fantastic job dealing with all the unusual aspects of our power needs here :-)
