Communication so far has been very good, easy and friendly to deal with.
The quote process was quick and easy to understand, the level of detail (including pdf data sheets & detailed dimensional drawings) was very informative & useful in ensuring my concept designs would work.
Very understanding and accommodating with my time frames, even doing split deliveries to ensure my measurements are exactly what they need to be.
I’m not at the stage where I have physically seen the product so I can’t comment on the quality or turnaround times however based on what I have seen so far, I don’t have any concerns.
Based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend.

The fencing is great, the drafting service was great, and the only gripe I have is that no-one told me that liquid limestone needed longer fence posts. So I ended up paying for 2 sets.

We are so thrilled with our screens that were installed in time for Christmas, to make our first floor deck safe. The design came out better than expected and we have had lots of positive compliments from passing neighbours and the perforated design has given us privacy from the street, which we were hoping to achieve. This is the second project through Decoview and we were very pleased with the first outcome also!!

As a Pool Builder, I would recommend Pool Perf to all my clients.
If I have any compliant it would be the Freight company, promised the delivery 4 times. Delivered a week later than delivery date. (The client was disappointed)

This company was very easy to deal with and professional in their approach. Josh helped us out considerably during the ordering process and was always available to answer our many questions. Jay was super helpful in checking that the second order of screens were going to align with our first screens. Thank you to both.
We have no hesitation in recommending Decoview if you need decorative screens.

Only negative was the shipping company held the parcel in their depot for a week, waiting for me to contact them, to arrange a delivery day. I was not aware of this requirement.
