True customer service right here .

Exceptional customer service and a fantastic product. We took a leap of faith and chose to go with Decoview fencing for our pool, completely sight unseen. We are in a regional area with a view and didn't want the pool fencing to obstruct it - glass would have been the obvious choice, but we didn't want to have to constantly clean it being on a dusty rural property, and we were also concerned about birds flying into it and injuring themselves (or worse), which happened surprisingly often with the glass pool fencing at our previous home. The Pool Perf fencing felt like the perfect solution, it blends beautifully into the background and you can see right through it, even through the corners when you are looking through two panels. We were also required to use balustrade grade fencing on one side of our pool as it's quite high off the ground, and Balustrade Perf was ideal to satisfy those requirements while blending in perfectly with the Pool Perf for the rest of the fencing - you would never know they are technically two different specifications. Our panels arrived in good time and very well packaged. Installation was straightforward and our builder was able to do it almost completely on his own, with only a spare pair of hands to set the longest couple of panels in place. Lastly, we had a very particular building surveyor who decided we needed to add hinge safety caps on the pool gate - we contacted Decoview to ensure we got the correct ones, and they responded immediately and had them shipped out straight away. Unfortunately there were some issues with the courier, but Decoview was all over it the minute we advised them, going well above and beyond to track down the shipment and get the hinge caps to us even though they are a small and inexpensive product. Enormous thanks to Grace for answering all our questions during the planning process, Matt for keeping us up to date during production and Lola for her wonderful after-sale service and huge efforts to get the hinge caps to us. We would gladly recommend Decoview again and again!

I did an owner build of a new pool fence on a challenging landscape using the Decoview Pool Perf Channel Fit fencing. I was more than happy with the quality of the product, the customer service and the rigorous process to ensure I got exactly what the job required. The result is a beautiful and sturdy pool fence. Thanks Decoview, I would happily recommend you products and services to anyone building a pool barrier.

VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE HELPFUL STAFF WHO MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS RIGHT BEFORE PRODUCTION, ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS VERY QUICKLY,
THE FENCE WHEN IT ARRIVED, WAS WELL PACKED INDIVIDUALLY IN PERFECT CONDITION , IT WAS CUT AND BUILT TO PERFECT MEASUREMENTS, WHICH MADE SELF-INSTALLATION VERY EASY,
THE FENCE LOOKS AMAZING, HAD A LOT OF FRIENDS COMMENTING ON HOW GOOD IT LOOKS,
THANK-YOU TO ALL INVOLVED AT POOLPERF/ DECOVIEW

My Pool fence has turned out better than I hoped and the team were so helpful in getting my sizing and requirements absolutely right.
Each panel was individually packed and covered so there was no chance of damage during the delivery, which was an unexpected bonus.
Finally, the finish on each panel is exquisite and shows the care in the process. It has transformed a previously enclosed pool area to one where the wider world is visible and can now be enjoyed. Thank you.

Communication has been very good all questions asked or issues raised speak of product knowledge which is refreshing. Lola is an asset.
Quoting and ordering accurate and timely.
Production lead times are good there are no surprises. Delivery company also had a very pleasant helpful driver who managed a large vehicle up a tight lane.

Asked for Jasper colour from the start (first e-mail) and we ended up getting black as we were always too worried about the panel measurements that kept changing that we didn't check the colour on the drafts as it had not changed from the very beginning of the process. So now we have black panels that are meant to be brown.

I simply can’t recommend Decoview highly enough. The exceptional attention from beginning to end is not experienced anymore and should be an example of how business should be. I am extremely fussy and have tested every little corner of Decoview and I am not disappointed because even when things did go wrong they came through even when it was not their fault. I wish to give a special recommendation to Lola ……whom went above and beyond. Thank you Decoview and team.

We initially purchased 5 x Pool Perf screens through our pool fence contractor - 3 x plain and 2 x Palmy design.
We loved the Palmy design in our project, so we ordered another one directly through the team at Pool Perf to replace one of the plain panels.
Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with.
It is a fantastic product and easy to install.
Thank you for making our pool area renovation look amazing.

The staff were helpful and responsive and the whole process was seamless. Our entire order and delivery was undertaken remotely and without a hitch. We love the product too. The fence looks amazing and we are extremely happy with the investment. Thanks so much!

Fabulous company, service, and brilliant product - and we previously had an aluminium fencing company so know products! Really accommodating talking through design issues and possibilities. Smooth process, competitive pricing, and so obliging. No connection to us in any way except as very happy pool perf customers. Thank you!

Our Pool Perf fencing is exactly what we wanted. We wanted to replace the old jail like fencing with a fence that would allow us to see the natural surroundings. The new landscaping works beautifully with the fencing also. The team, especially Lola, were easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this company, thank you.

My experience dealing with the Decoview team to produce 2 custom laser cut screens was outstanding from start to finish. My initial and ongoing enquiries were always answered promptly by the friendly team (big shout out to Lola) and the ordering, design, payment and delivery processes were seamless. My bamboo screens look fantastic!! I definitely recommend Decoview for exceptional product quality and great customer service.

We are so happy with our Decoview pool fence. It sets off the pool area perfectly and provides a decorative screen from the back yard. The staff were excellent to deal with and were always happy to speak with us and answer our questions. The quality of the finished product is excellent and very good value for money. I would recommend Decoview to anyone looking for a decorative pool fence.
