I was frazzled and disorganised and phoned to get carpet installed into my garage, the week before I moved in, I phoned purely on the off chance. AGC were fully booked but they phoned me back after re gigging their other bookings to squish me in. They probably realised that once I move in it was NEVER going to happen, but regardless, their customer service was outstanding, the receptionist was lovely, helpful, polite and didn't make me feel like I was a pain in the backside. Definite 5 Stars from me!

After wasting 6 weeks with another company trying to confirm a garage carpeting job, I contacted Affordable Garage Carpet. Their response time was amazing, they answered all my questions promptly (and have a lot of useful information on their website). They agreed a time slot for installation, and the installer turned up on time and did a great job. We are very happy with the job, and strongly recommend them - one of the best customer service experiences I've had with any company.
