A concern was the photobooth. It ran out of paper, and photos were taken but we haven't received any prints of these. It was not communicated to any of the staff for us to make a decision to close it and not take any money for a product that was not delivered. I have upset parents who want their photos. Can I have feedback on this, please?

We've used a few other Jumping Castle providers in the past but there are a few things which sets JK Productions apart:
1. There range is really impressive
2. The quality of the jumping castle, the material, the cleanliness and the lack of holes or anything was impressive
3. The fan they provide with the jumping castles is extremely quiet
4. The overall service from booking, to delivery, etc was seemless.
Although we paid for the above with a slightly higher price than some competitors, I will definitely use them again

From a child’s birthday party, a corporate event to a family day or adults birthday celebration, I have NEVER been disappointed and always have the guarantee that I will find the perfect piece of equipment, inflatables or entertainment to suit both my events theme & budgets needs,
Besides the huge variety JK have to offer, their equipment is always in immaculate condition and spotless, their friendly team and operators are always well groomed, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.
