She even went above and beyond to source the right materials and followed up with me to confirm again. The installation process was seamless, and the installer was incredibly helpful—he even took the time to assist me briefly with something else I was struggling with. I used Aesthetic Blinds & Design services recently for the installation of curtain tracks, curtains and a blind in all bedrooms in our new apartment. I am very happy with their service and I am planning to use them again, as soon as I have decided what window dressing I will have in the living areas.
In particular I appreciate the "can do" attitude of Natalee. For example, I asked for a particular brand for the tracks and even if she had not used this brand before, Natalee went the extra mail to source this track for me. Also, I had very unusual requirements for the design of the curtains, as I wanted an easy-to-maintain solution. Natalee was happy to accomodate these, even it that meant additional work for her team.
Also, I am very appreciative of the installation service provided by Glen. He delivered and installed everything very professional. Initially, I was quite tense because I thought the installation was going to be a rather invasive business (this was based on an earlier experience I had with the installation of blinds at our previous apartment). Glen made me feel that I am in good hands during the whole work and he did a superb installation. I am very pleased with the result.
