I have been working with Heather at RSM for over a year now. She has been extremely responsive, effective, caring and professional. RSM has provided us "large agency" resources even though we are currently working with a small budgets. All and all, RSM has been much more of a business partner than a vendor and I really appreciate working with them and Heather and am looking forward to growing my business with RSM by our side.

Very happy with the work that Sundee Dunn and team has done for us. For example, our SEO campaign has been everything we had hoped for. Our social media posts have been well received and have helped us with sourcing new members. Those are just a couple of examples.
Our website enhancements have been great for the member/user and improved their user experience exponentially. We have other items in the works that when implemented with dramatically change things for the member and the COPAS staff. We're looking forward to that roll-out date! Thanks especially to Sundee Dunn and Stephan Smith for that effort.
