The software used for the booking was confusing to me as the customer, and the software providers need to have that feedback: we had arranged the fire safety survey as well as asbestos, so the fire safety survey appeared on the form twice, once as an extra and it really wasn't clear whether I was supposed to he clicking to agree the complete thing, or it had got it wrong... So please give them that feedback. Your surveyor was also very friendly, straightforward and practical. All in all a professional and happy experiemce

My experience with NSUK was excellent. The booking process was quick and they were very accommodating for my busy schedule. The asbestos surveyor arrived promptly on time, was very experienced, knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of my questions. The turn-around for the report was also very quick and thus I will definitely use NSUK's services again.
