Very efficient booking system. My individual circumstances were taken into account. Operator arrived punctually and was very friendly and professional.
I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the price. I think it is very expensive for my situation - a very small entrance lobby to 2 flats which took around 5 minutes to assess. I had assumed from the quote that the whole property was being assessed. It would be good to have a variable price depending on size of area to be assessed and time taken. Even taking into account travel to and from the property, it would translate into an extremely expensive hourly rate.

They responded very quickly and once we confirmed the order they sent somebody to take a sample within a couple of days. Customer service was helpful thereafter to get the report out to me quickly.

Answered all questions, there was an initial mix up but convenient dates were arranged. Surveyor called as requested, was very helpful, efficient and explained everything. Reports were very prompt - received same day as payment!

Jason at NSUK went above and beyond to slot me in for an earlier appointment and on a Saturday. The report was made available to me within the quoted timescale and I was so pleased with the efficient service that I asked for Fire Risk Assessment to be carried out. The booking of the survey was very easy and Ashley was very helpful, Aaron who carried out the survey was also very professional and helpful. I received the report promptly. I have however some questions about the report and have tried contacting the support service several times booking myself in for the call back service at a Time slot twice and no one returns the calls. I have also used the ticket service on the support page and again no one responds. I find this very bad service and when I try and call no one can really help me and say that i have to use the online support page. Very disappointed.

Used NSUK for the first time to under take an Asbestos and Fire survey of the commons areas within a block of private residential apartments.
The price was very competitive, booking the appointment was very easy, the surveyor visited site within the time slot agreed and the reports arrived promptly once the invoice was paid.
Only one minor issue was the surveyor didn’t contact us 30 mins prior to his arrival as agreed. This did cause some confusion given this survey was on behalf of the landlord so no one was there to meet him.
