I was most impressed by the level of service that I received from the Supernova Group.
My initial enquiry was by telephone on a Tuesday morning, I wanted a Fire Risk Assessment and an Asbestos Survey for the communal area in a property that had been converted into three separate dwellings. The person I spoke to was very helpful and able to offer me an appointment for both surveys on the Friday of that week.
The Surveyor arrived, having updated me by text of his arrival time. The surveys were carried out and I was told that I would have the reports by the following Wednesday. I received the Asbestos report on the Monday and the Fire Risk Assessment report on the Tuesday.
The fact that the whole process was completed within one week I find impressive.
I will definitely use The Supernova Group moving forward and I do not hesitate to recommend them for your survey requirements.

We asked pre-purchase survey. Communications were very smooth. Quotation and booking completed in a day and inspection and reporting completed just after 2-3 day. After-sales-support was also great and received clear explanation on inquiry.

We used supernova for an asbestos check on a house we we buying. I found everything about working with Supernova to be great! The survey was arranged within a couple of days and we had the report a couple of days after that so it was a very quick turnaround from our initial enquiry.
Annabel was very communicative and helpful and when we had a couple of questions they were answered promptly and clearly.
I found the survey to be thorough and the report was detailed. I consider the price to be very reasonable considering the high level of service we received. We would use Supernova again and would not hesitate to recommend.

The Asbestos & Fire Risk Assessments were carried out promptly & efficiently. There was good communication to let us know when the surveyor would be arriving. I received the reports, with photos, very soon after the surveys.

From the outset email responses were rapid and helpful, and we went from enquiry to quoting in a very short time, the quote contract was competitive and thorough, leaving nothing to the imagination which made accepting the quote an easy decision. On the day Alex gave us a good heads up of his arrival window, giving us ample time to prepare, throughout the survey he was very smiley and friendly, but maintained a very high professional standard, he clearly knew what he was doing and very helpfully answered a few of my questions along the way. I didn't feel at any point Alex was rushing, nor did it feel like he was pushing us towards expensive repairs for the sake of it, just a top job really!

Elaine and her team came through with 3 completed reports in 72 hours and the final one completed in time too.
