From ordering to receiving everything went 5 star. I ordered 4 gable brackets for our new house. They have not been installed yet but they are absolutely beautiful. Since I don't live far from the company in Georgia, I decided to pick them up instead of shipping. I called ahead to let them know I was coming. They had them ready and loaded and strapped them down for me when I arrived. Great team to work with. Would order from them again if I had a need.

We recently built a detached condo in a 55+ community. Our builder allowed us because of my background to make modifications. I wanted a post and beam front porch in Western Red Cedar with arched brackets but was unable to find the brackets anywhere in New England. Found them online with Timber Build at an extremely reasonable price and received them within days of ordering.
As our porch was being construction my finish carpenter and I made some modification and we needed 6 x 6 beams and 1 x 12 planks in Western Red Cedar. No one in New England again had any and I went straight to Timber Build. The prices were great, delivery was super efficient and the quality of the wood superior. Extremely professional people to work with.

The pieces were professionally packed for shipping and arrived exactly when I was told they would. These folks are the gold standard for high quality millwork. Could not ask for better.

Very nice knee braces. Just what we needed. Well wrapped so all arrived in good condition. My only issue is that as soon as I unwrapped them to begin applying primer, they stated to crackle as they immediately started to dry out. Had to prime very quickly. ;-)
