The Brackets we ordered as "structural" arrived as expected with no damage. There are a few "nicks" from the manufacturing process but enough to be concerned since they are on the outside of the house. They look great and appear to be strong enough to hold the roof overhand.

Top notch company.

I am a retired high school teacher who buys and remodels a fixer house every two years with the intent to give more to charity with the process than I earned in 37 years in the classroom. ProWood corbels and braces are my "signature" on every house I do. Sometimes they are "decorative" such as a trellis over garage doors or plant shelves under prominent windows. Sometimes "practical" such as awning roofs over secondary entry doors, a small expense adds thousands in curb appeal and sales price. Quality of product is outstanding, delivery carefully packaged for travel to California, and I feel my small orders are given the same care as larger ones. Whole heartedly recommend.
