Pro Wood Market made the process of getting a fairly significant amount of decorative rafter tails easy. They reviewed specs with us and provided a small shop drawing for verification. The 60 or so rafter tails only took about three weeks to arrive. The cedar tails were in good shape, albeit they were for a paint grade install. Any knot blemishes were filled and all sanded well. If you want stain grade quality make sure you discuss that with them at time of order.

I purchased six exterior, smooth cedar, 45T gable brackets and two very large, customized, 45T doug fir gable brackets for the interior of my new home. I was very nervous about ordering because I had never worked with ProWoodMarket before and simply found them while searching for custom gable brackets. It didn't help that I’m from Wisconsin and buying something sight unseen from Georgia is a little nerve wracking! After talking to Jacob, and realizing he knew what he was talking about, I ordered a sample of smooth cedar, rough cedar and doug fir. I can still remember Jacob saying, "what do you want samples of?" It's wood." After receiving the three samples, and talking to Jacob a few more times, I felt comfortable enough to move ahead with the order! They are beautiful! The doug fir started to split, but it's my fault for not sealing them faster!

I am a retired high school teacher who buys and remodels a fixer house every two years with the intent to give more to charity with the process than I earned in 37 years in the classroom. ProWood corbels and braces are my "signature" on every house I do. Sometimes they are "decorative" such as a trellis over garage doors or plant shelves under prominent windows. Sometimes "practical" such as awning roofs over secondary entry doors, a small expense adds thousands in curb appeal and sales price. Quality of product is outstanding, delivery carefully packaged for travel to California, and I feel my small orders are given the same care as larger ones. Whole heartedly recommend.
