they still havent given me a 20% refund or travel money back for basic errors made on their part whilst making me wait in order to collect it from the time they had set.

The team at Azo were extremely responsive (and always are!), they even made some last minute tweaks to a file as we were in a bit of a bind with no design resources. I wouldn't go anywhere else for print services - highly recommend

AZO has printed Homeless Diamonds magazine for St Mungo's 3 times a year since 2007, including an anniversary issue free of charge. It's always economical, on time, and beautiful, and staff give us any extra help we need.
