They were even on hand to print more when we were running lower than expected.

I would have given it five stars because overall, I think the service is good, friendly, and very quick. Not to mention the price is competitive compared to others in the area. The minus one star is because they sent me a false notification to come and pick up the order, I went there and turn out it's not done yet, so I had to come back later. Not a big deal and I will come back to use their services again. Just don't let it happen again, lol.
