Booking and timeframes

• We offer 24/7 availability, as well as priority call-outs for urgent repairs
• Non-priority jobs will be contacted within 24 hours to arrange a suitable time to carry out repairs, which will be completed within 4 days
• Priority jobs will be contacted within 15 minutes, with one of our plumbers dispatched and on site within 60 minutes

Full payment is required on completion of work.

We accept payment by cash, card, or online funds transfer. All of our on site staff carry mobile payment systems to take card payment.

Pipe Down guarantee

All repairs carried out by Pipe Down come with a 12 month workmanship guarantee. In the rare case that repairs carried out by Pipe Down are not 100% satisfactory we will send out a plumber to investigate and complete remedial repairs.
